1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Driver and at least 13 years old to register as a Passenger.

1.2 By creating an account, you confirm that your information is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Responsibilities

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2.2 Notify us immediately at info@tra-vu.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Platform Use

3.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, compliant with applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US).

3.2 Misuse, such as posting inappropriate content, engaging in fraudulent activity, or disrupting the Platform, is strictly prohibited.

4. Ride Agreements

4.1 Tra-Vu connects Passengers and Drivers for shared commutes but does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any rides.

4.2 Tra-Vu is a facilitator of ride-sharing arrangements and is not a transportation provider.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Passengers agree to pay the applicable ride fares as displayed during booking.

5.2 Tra-Vu may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed prior to booking.

6. Termination

6.1 Tra-Vu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 The Platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Tra-Vu disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.

7.2 For users in the UK, this clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence as outlined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

8. Governing Law

8.1 For users in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 For users in the US, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
